What you’ll do
- Support with daily living, community access and transport
- Encourage skill development and independence
- Maintain clear notes and communicate professionally
- Uphold safeguarding, dignity and choice at all times
What you’ll need
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- WWCC (if working with children) and National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR (current)
- Full working rights in Australia and reliable transport
- Desirable: Cert III/IV Individual Support/Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or equivalent experience; language diversity is a plus
